I was a philosophy major in college..... That probably has very little to do with building houses......but I think it has a lot to do with keeping an open mind.....looking for new ideas......and understanding the differences in the needs of my customers. I think I can truthfully say that in my 28 years of building homes in Central Illinois.....I've never built the same home twice!!! Sure...I used the same floor plan a few times....but there are always differences....little things and sometimes big things that we do to satisfy the different needs of our customers.

We build all over central Illinois. Right now we have homes going up in Bloomington and in and around Peoria. We've built so many that sometimes I'll drive through a subdivision admiring the homes and suddenly realize...."that's one of mine!"

We have a lot of pride in what we do and I think it shows.
